Health Services
The mission of the Upper Perkiomen School District Nurses is to enhance the educational potential of all students by promoting wellness and facilitating the resolution of health concerns which may create barriers to learning. The Upper Perkiomen School District student health department is an essential component of the day-to-day operation of our schools. Our school nurses provide innumerable services to our students so as to ensure their well-being and readiness to learn.
HS Students Only - If you have a MD note for medication administration you must provide your photo ID to obtain the medication in the nurse's office.
