At Upper Perkiomen School District, we know that it takes every employee, in every role, to create a supportive and inspiring learning community. The UP & Beyond Recognition Program celebrates Upper Perk employees who make a positive difference for our students, colleagues, and community.

Each month, three employees will be recognized for exemplifying the values that make Upper Perkiomen a great place to learn and work.

Who Can Be Nominated?

All Upper Perkiomen School District employees are eligible for nomination, regardless of their role or position. Nominees are employees who go UP & Beyond by making a difference and helping create an inclusive, supportive learning community where all students can thrive.

Who Can Submit a Nomination?

Parents/guardians, students, community members, and staff members are invited to nominate an Upper Perk employee.

Monthly Selection Process

  • Nominations remain active for three months.
  • Employees may be nominated multiple times.
  • Three recipients will be selected each month.
  • Recipients will be recognized at the monthly School Board Meeting and featured in district communications.
  • Employees may receive the UP & Beyond recognition one time per school year.
