Important Note - A Starting Point, Not a Guarantee
We want to be clear and transparent, especially at the district level:
The Community Innovation Fair is a starting point for ideas, not a guarantee that every proposal will be adopted.
However, the fair does play a real role in district planning. It helps:
-
Inform the UPSD comprehensive plan and school improvement efforts
-
Highlight where students, staff, and families see urgent needs
-
Identify opportunities for pilots, partnerships, and grants
Some proposals may move forward quickly, others may require more planning, and some may not be possible due to policy, budget, or timing. Even so, every idea helps district leaders understand what matters most to our community.
