Our main fundraising activities include a Dodgeball Tournament, Box Tops & Redners receipt collections, Save Around Book and Scrip order sales, and Discounted Dorney/Hershey Park ticket sales. All funds raised directly benefit the students of
With the help of volunteers like you and families supporting the fundraisers, we are able to provide teachers with supplemental curriculum materials, contribute to building needs, assemblies and field trips, and sponsor special parties and events for the students. Please attend our monthly meetings and volunteer a little of your time and talents to help support your student’s education. We look forward to seeing you!

Book Fairs:Help needed during school hours and in the evening atMeet the Staff Nightto assist with set up, cashier, and break down (during & after school/1 evening).
6th Grade Mixer: Help needed with various duties including team leaders, snack distribution, game set up, clean-up, etc. (Immediately after school)
Dodgeball Tournament Fundraiser:Help run the dodgeball tournament games
Bear Creek Family Night:send out flyer, collect money/release forms & handout tickets (Computer work at home and Night of the event).
Staff Appreciation Meal and Career Day:Help set up, serve food, and clean up (during school).
Library:weekly or bi-weekly help in the library (during school).
8th grade picnic:help plan, decorate, setup, serve food & clean up (during & after school).
Food donations: donate baked goods/food items for special events throughout the school year.
Social Volunteer:Chaperone student socials/dances (Evenings)

1st Annual PTFS
Join us on Friday, December 1st, 2017 for our First Annual Dodgeball Tournament
Feature Game at 545p 1st Place team vs. Teachers
Games will start immediately after school
Form your OWN TEAM or Register individually, you get to choose.
Must have 10 people to Register as a team, otherwise register as an individual and you will be placed on a team.
$10.00 per person
Don’t want to play, but would like to watch you can do that too for $3.00 for the entire duration of the event.
SNACK STAND AND BASKET RAFFLE WILL TAKE PLACE DURING THE TOURNAMENT
Teams and Individuals must be paid and registered by Friday, November 17th. Registrations received after this date will be accepted only if space allows.

This event is taking the place of the Middle School March which was the only Large Fund Raiser the PTFS would run each year. Your support is needed to make this event a success and to be able to provide the Students and Staff of the UPMS additional support for supplies and events the PTFS sponsors each year.
