First Grade Classroom
BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE
In Miss Kline's classroom we are all friends.
We respect each other.
We strive for our personal best.
We make mistakes.
We take responsibility for ourselves.
EVERY DAY IS A GREAT DAY TO LEARN SOMETHING NEW!
Today is a new day.
Today is my fresh start.
I will work hard
And do my part.
I will share materials
And clean up right away.
I will listen to everything
That my teacher and friends have to say!
In everything I do,
I will show respect to me...and you!
OUR GROWTH MINDSET
These words will set us up for success in first grade!
I can't do it yet.
I can learn how to do it.
I can always give my best effort and improve.
This just needs more time and effort.
I can learn from my mistakes.
I can try other strategies.
I can learn how to do this.
I'm on the right track.
